Club Cabana Aqua Spa

Club Cabana uses a naturally healthy salt-water filtration system, giving you soothing, soft-as-silk swims and soaks. As you enter, a cascading waterfall tumbles over a large rock formation into a shallow wading pool where kids can wade and adults can cool off. This is only one of many water-based indulgences, including the Sault's only 4-season outdoor whirlpool.

• The indoor pool is maintained at 27°C (82°F) and suitable for swimming lengths.
• The oversized indoor whirlpool is maintained at 40°C (105°F).
• The toasty sauna is maintained at 70°C (160°F).
• The 40°C (105°F) outdoor whirlpool is surrounded by beautiful landscaped Courtyards. (It's a great place to catch snowflakes on your tongue in the winter or enjoy the gardens in the summer).
• The poolside lounge gives you the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing drink.
• Fresh towels, changerooms and showers available on site.

Tempospa Health & Fitness

Tempospa Health & Fitness is a bright and spacious, fully equipped fitness centre that includes a separate room for stretching and large-screen TVs.

Equipment includes:

• 1 elliptical trainer.
• Multi-station weight trainer.
• Rowing machine.
• Stretch exerciser and mats.
• Free weights and pilates balls.
