Administration & Accounting Support
The Administration & Accounting Support is an entry-level position, providing administrative support for the GM, AGMs, Accounting Manager and F&B departments. Attention to detail, unbridled enthusiasm and dedication will make you a successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties including filing, mail sorting and distribution.
- Administration of company programs such as giveaways, sponsorships, benefits and employee incentives.
- Clerical duties.
- Supply ordering and purchase order control.
- Management of credit applications and set up of new AR accounts.
- Upkeep of administrative materials, including manuals, policies, memos and procedures.
- Data entry.
- Direct billing.
- Minute taking in meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience in Administration and Accounting an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to initiate projects, manage deadlines and work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and consensus-building skills.
- Flexibility in scheduling and ability to adapt.
