We are known as the hospitality leader in Sault Ste. Marie with a vibrant collection of Food and Beverage and meeting facilities. We operate three kitchens within The Water Tower Inn property: Casey’s Grill Bar, the Water Tower Pub and The Pavilion Conference and Event Centre.
Working with our management team, we seek a qualified Restaurant Manager to manage daily operations and planning in Casey’s Grill.Bar, a vibrant 250-seat casual dining restaurant. You will be part of an expert team with over one hundred years of combined hospitality experience. There is opportunity to learn, grow and develop new skills through cross-over training and management.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the following:
- Delivering customer service excellence.
- Ability to make customer-centred decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing a large team, including all HR functions such as hiring, empowering, dismissing and payroll.
- Adaptability, reliability and flexibility.
- Ability to make goals and timelines, and to self-motivate to ensure they are upheld.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and scheduling software.
- Previous restaurant management experience – minimum 2 years.
- Previous banqueting experience an asset.
