Q3: Why do I have to choose between Water Tower Inn Dollars and Best Western Rewards Points?
A: The President’s Club Rewards program is very generous, but you still have to pick one rewards stream. If you choose Water Tower Inn Dollars, you will receive 10% of your pre-tax room spend from every stay back on your loyalty card. You can use credit towards dining, rooms, The Pavilion or any other service at The Water Tower Inn. If you choose Best Western Rewards points, you’ll receive 10 points per $US 1 in pre-tax room spend. You may redeem your points for free nights at any Best Western property in the world or for gift cards from the most popular retailers.
Q4: How do I redeem my Water Tower Inn Dollars?
A: Simply swipe your Rewards card at time of payment.
Q5: How do I redeem my Best Western Rewards Points?
A: If you’d like to use your points for a free night’s stay at The Water Tower Inn, you can do so directly at the Reception desk. For any other hotel booking or to purchase a gift card with your points visit bestwesternrewards.com.
Q6: Can I collect rewards on other reservations that I make for clients?
A: A President’s Club membership is for your sole use and cannot be utilized by anyone other than you.
Q7: Do I need to quote my President’s Club membership number when making a reservation?
A: No. We will manage your membership internally at The Water Tower Inn.
Q8: Can I view my membership profile online?
A: If you chose to receive Water Tower Inn Dollars, you can view your balance online.
Q9: How do I redeem my complimentary breakfast?
A: At time of check-in, you will be issued a voucher for each day of your stay for your breakfast. The voucher must be presented at the Casey’s Café.Bar at time of redemption.
Q10: When do my benefits and rewards expire?
A: Water Tower Inn Dollars will be subject to expiry after one year of account inactivity. We will inform you that your points are expiring and provide you options. Best Western Rewards Points do not expire, but are subject to the conditions as laid out by Best Western Rewards.
